All digital goods, downloadable files, and online content are delivered instantly and are considered consumed upon delivery. Therefore, these items are non refundable and non returnable under any circumstances.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

For physical merchandise, please ensure your order details, sizes, and shipping information are correct before completing your purchase. We do not accept returns

or issue refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or dispute after agreeing to this policy constitutes a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to dispute and provide proof of purchase and delivery to payment processors or banks.
