ORDERS PROCESSING
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.
- Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays or promotional events.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location ad order weight.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S) Orders: 3-7 business days after processing.
- International Orders: 7-21 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided to you. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carriers system
INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR FAILED DELIVERIES
Please double check your shipping information before submitting your order.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
LOST, DELAYED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen. or delayed packages.
- If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or duties imposed by their country.
- We cannot predict or control these charges, and they are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
- Customs processing times may vary are are beyond our control.
